Real estate agents, they were given your name and then they googled it

Almost every listing starts the same way. Someone recommends you, the seller searches your name before they call, and what comes back is Zillow, your brokerage's staff page and an agent in another state who shares your name. MeMyself.fyi builds one record of you on your own domain, so the search that happens before the call works in your favour.

Sellers contact only one agent before hiring, according to the National Association of Realtors. There is no second round to win.

Buyers interview just one agent. The search before that call is effectively the whole shortlist.

Reputation

The single factor sellers name most often when choosing an agent, ahead of commission. Reputation is what a name search is reporting on.

What a search for your name shows right now

Try it in a private window, with your town after your name and without it. For most agents four things come back, and none of them belongs to you.

The portals outrank you

Zillow, Realtor.com and your brokerage own the first screen. Those profiles are built to keep the visitor on their platform, where your competitors are advertising beside your name.

Someone else has your name

An agent three states away, or a person in another line of work entirely, and Google has quietly decided they are the one it means. Common names take the longest to untangle, which is exactly why it is worth doing.

Your old brokerage is still listed

You moved, and the old team page, the old headshot and the old phone number stayed behind. Every stale page is a reason for Google to stay unsure which facts are current.

Your actual record is nowhere

The sales, the neighbourhoods you know, the awards, the years in the business, the press you have been quoted in. All of it is in your head or in a listing presentation, and none of it is anywhere a search can find.

What we build for you

One page you own, at your own address, written and structured so that a seller, a referral and Google all come away with the same answer.

Your record, on your own domain

Who you are, where you work, what you have sold, the areas you cover, your designations and the years behind them. Every fact sourced and confirmed by you before it goes live, and it stays yours if you change brokerage.

The hidden layer Google reads

The structured data that states you are one person, that these profiles are all yours, and that you are not the other agent with your name. This is the part the portals will never do for you.

A media kit for the appointment

Headshot, bio, areas served, the facts a producer, a journalist or a seller would ask for, in one link you can send ahead of the listing presentation instead of a PDF nobody opens.

Every profile brought into line

One name form, one headshot, one set of facts across your brokerage page, the portals, LinkedIn and anywhere else you appear, so the agreement itself becomes the signal.

Your name search stops being something that happens to you, and becomes the first thing that works for you.

Seven days, three steps

You are on the road all day, so the only thing we need from you is one call and a few approvals by text or email.

Day 1

The kickoff call

We get everything we need from you in one sitting and agree what this is for, whether that is listing appointments, referrals, recruiting or simply not being confused with someone else. Then we go looking at every profile, listing, review and mention of your name on the web.

Day 4

The record, for you to approve

Everything the research found comes back to you as plain facts to confirm line by line. Nothing unconfirmed is published. We build your site and media kit from what you approve, in your brand or ours.

Day 7

Live, indexed and tracked

Your site goes live on your own domain, a press release announces it so the web has a reason to point at you, we set up Search Console and request indexing, and we show you what Google and the AI assistants said about you on day one next to what they say now.

Then take it into the appointment

The link does work you cannot do in a room.

Send it before you arrive

A seller who has read your record before you knock has already decided you are a professional. The conversation starts further along than it otherwise would.

Give it to every referral source

The friend recommending you is not going to describe your track record accurately. One link does it for them, and it is the thing the seller finds anyway when they check.

Use it when you move

Change brokerage and your site changes with you, in a day. The record is yours, not the firm's, which is the whole reason it sits on your own domain.

Before you ask

Will my broker have a problem with this?

It is your personal record, not a brokerage site, and we put your brokerage name, your licence details and any wording your state or your firm requires on the page. Your broker is welcome to review it before it goes live, and most are pleased to see an agent doing it properly.

I already have a website from Luxury Presence, AgentFire or my brokerage.

Those are listing sites: home search, IDX and lead capture, built to convert a visitor who is already looking at property. This is a record about you, structured so Google and the AI assistants can tell who you are. They do different jobs and most agents keep both. If your current site genuinely states your facts, carries one Person node and agrees with every profile you have, we will tell you so.

What happens when I change brokerage?

Your domain and your record are yours, so we update the firm, the headshot and the licence details and the site reflects it the same day. That is the main reason this does not live on a brokerage page.

Does this replace my Zillow or Realtor.com profile?

No, and you should keep them. We make them agree with your record and point at it, which is what stops Google treating you as two or three different people.

Another agent has my name. Can that be fixed?

That is one of the most useful things we do. Your record states plainly who you are, where you work and what you have sold, and we make every profile use one name form, so the search engines have something to separate you by. Common names take longer than most, which is why it is worth starting earlier.

Will I get a Google knowledge panel?

Nobody can promise that. Google decides when it is confident, and we build the record it reads, make every source agree, and teach you the claim process for the day it appears.

I am part of a team. Does the team get one, or do I?

You do. The team name changes, the brokerage changes, your name does not. If the team wants its own record as well, that is a separate build and we will quote it.

Search your own name with us on the call

We will run it through Google and the assistants before we speak, with and without your town, and show you exactly what a seller sees. You can have that either way, whether or not you go ahead.
